Join me on January 14th for 90 minutes combining chakra teachings, yoga nidra, sound healing, and journaling to create your year of joy from the inside out.
 
What to expect: We'll move through all seven chakras with guided journaling prompts, experience a 30-minute yoga nidra for deep energetic clearing, and integrate with sound healing—leaving you with an embodied blueprint for your most aligned year.
