Season 2: Episode 24- The Frequency of March: Eclipse Energy + Card Reading
Hello, my beautiful friends. Welcome back and happy March. I am so excited. We're gonna do a new format to kick off the month and maybe we will do this every month. So let me know what you think after you listen to this. But basically we're gonna dive into the energy of March because let me tell you, this is a very big potent month.
And we're going to do that by combining two of my loves, which is astrology and some oracle card pulls. you guys, the card reading is so mind blowing. I just love pulling cards. It's really amazing the messages that come through. And first, we're going to talk about the total lunar eclipse, because today, the day this episode drops is March 3.
And that is the total lunar eclipse in Virgo. And what is so incredible, and you cannot make this up, and so it will have happened by the time you listen to this, but the peak of this lunar eclipse, which means the red glow is at its brightest, and so the energy is at its strongest point, is happening at exactly 3.33 a.m Pacific time. so, yes, is March 3rd, 3-3, at 3.33 a.m.
How cool is that? You know I love my angel numbers. And to me, that is just so symbolic of the universe speaking loud and clear to us that this is a powerful moment. Like take this seriously that we get to use this energy for our own personal good and for the collective good. So, we'll do it a little deep dive into understanding the eclipse and then we are going to go deeper by pulling some oracle cards and that is
And so we are going to go deeper by... and so we are going to go deeper by going over these Oracle cards that I just pulled for all of you. Today, I decided to use Rebecca Campbell's Ancient Stones Oracle deck. And I asked four very specific questions about what are we seeing for the month of March? What are we not seeing that we need to know about for the month of March? What is getting in the way? And what is our next step and breakthrough on the other side. And what came through is just so clear and necessary and so aligned with this eclipse energy. I was just blown away and I'm so excited to share it. And I have to tell you, did a little life update. I did just get back from a week in London and that is why I felt pulled to use the ancient stones oracle deck. I really wanted to make it down to Stonehenge and it just also didn't work. We were visiting our son who's studying abroad right now and Stonehenge is not an easy day trip to do with all of the other things that you can do, right? And I actually really think that I want to do that on a spiritual retreat someday is take a group there. So side note that that had just been on my mind a lot and that is why I decided to use this deck and I cannot wait to get to that point.
So let's explore the frequency of March and what this eclipse is asking us to release, what the universe and spirit wants us to know, and really just how to navigate this really powerful month with clarity and grace. So let's dive in.
So first let's talk about what's happening energetically with this eclipse. What even is a lunar eclipse? think of a lunar eclipse as a supercharged full moon. So with every regular full moon, those are already powerful days, right? That is always a moment of release because it's the peak of the lunar cycle.
It's when the full moon is its greatest, brightest. That is a moment of culmination and release and completion. And again, we know this even in ERs and labor and delivery, like more babies are born, tides change, like this energy is real and it affects us. So a lunar eclipse has all of that full moon energy, but it is amplified significantly. It's like the universe turns up the volume and says, pay attention, know, like this matters. And eclipse seasons are always related to each other. So this total lunar eclipse in Virgo is the second eclipse of this season. It's actually connected to the solar eclipse that you may have heard about that we had in Aquarius on February 17th. And eclipses just always work in those pairs. And then they also work in a bigger cycle. So this particular eclipse is part of the cycle that's been happening over the past 18 months plus that's been unfolding. So what does that mean for you?
This eclipse is a completion point because it is the end of that 18 month plus cycle. And so it is the universe offering you the biggest, most potent portal to let go of what's been holding you back over the past couple of years. It's asking in an even more powerful energetic sense of what are you ready to release? What patterns and beliefs and stories are you carrying that no longer serve you? And in the heart of all of that is that what we're doing is we're learning to step more fully into our expansion. That it is time for us to really learn to take up space. And it's really fascinating if you look around at what's happening in society right now, you can see this theme playing out everywhere in the collective, right? We've let powerful people take up space and we're realizing that is not who should have the power. So people are waking up, people are speaking up people are figuring out in this moment how to claim their power. And that expansion simultaneously requires us to do inner work and healing. And that's where this Virgo energy comes in because Virgo is about refinement and discernment and service. But the
Tough road, the lower road of Virgo can show up as perfectionism and self-criticism and never feeling like you're good enough. And so whether we are Virgos or not, the energy is potent right now. And so this eclipse is asking us to release those forms of self-doubt and self-criticism and imposter syndrome.
And it's asking us to step into the truth that is that your worthiness is the source of your true manifestations. So it's not your hustle. It's not being perfect. It is that you are inherently worthy. And so when you stop trying to prove your value, and looking for other people's approval or permission and you just start owning it, that is where everything shifts. So just a few things to think about today of what this eclipse is inviting you to ask yourself is where am I still playing small? Where am I criticizing myself instead of celebrating myself?
And where am I waiting for permission to take up space? This makes me want to plug my book for a second because that is the opening part of my book. My introduction in my book is about the fact that I realized I had this idea, desire to write a book, and I was waiting for permission. I was actually even waiting for somebody to tell me, like, you know what?
And so the next question that I want to ask you ties into what I had to ask myself that matches this eclipse energy, which is what would change if I truly believed that I was worthy, like right now as I am right now. And what I also want you to know that even if you're listening to this after March 3rd,
Like this eclipse energy hangs around for a couple of weeks. It's big energy. So you still have time to work with all of this. I think go back. Again, I'll repeat those questions. They're good to reflect on. They're good to journal on. Where am I still playing small? Where am I criticizing myself instead of celebrating myself? Where am I waiting for permission to take up space? And what would change if I truly believed I was worthy right now, as I am right now. And within that, that's going to help you with some of these next steps of what you can do with this eclipse energy. So with every full moon, so of course with a magnified total lunar eclipse, you want to write a release list. And so you just want to get really honest with yourself about what you're ready to let go of beliefs, what habits, what relationships or patterns that you're just done carrying, write them down, speak them out loud, acknowledge them, and then release them. So, you know, if you have a place or a way to burn the list, that's a really kind of cool and powerful thing to do. You can also just rip it up. You can put it in water, you know, whatever feels like a good release ritual to you. Some people like to bury it in their yard. I have not ever done that, but you know, it's just, however you want to move through a symbolic act of actually seeing what's holding you back and releasing that. And then your next step is to write a manifestation list. that's on the flip side, you're releasing this. Now you have more space.
And within that space, what are you calling in? What do you want to create? What are you ready to step into? And so write it down as though it's already happened. Now with every full moon, so again with a big total lunar eclipse, you're going to feel a lot of energy physically. I think it's a great.
window of time to do more intense physical activities like an intense yoga practice or go for a run, dance, shake your body. You just want to move the energy through your body rather than just trying to process it mentally, right? But this is also a great time to do breath work because that creates that in between, right? So the conscious breathing is one of these most powerful tools.
Conscious breathing is one of the most powerful tools for clearing stuck energy. it recalibrates your nervous system. So just even five minutes of intentional breath work, whether that is the four count box breathing of inhale, hold, exhale, hold, or just doing a six count in and six count out, whatever feels good to you, and maybe set a timer for five minutes.
That is going to move a lot of energy for you and it's going to bring in access to your inner wisdom, your spiritual wisdom. So it's a great thing to do with this eclipse energy. And then finally, again, journal. So with those questions that we went over, you want to ask yourself these big questions and let it come through. This eclipse is a gift.
I really see it as this cosmic reset button and the more intentionally that you work with it, then the more profound the shifts will be. have fun with that. I would love to hear how it goes. And now let's close out this episode with, while still holding all that eclipse energy in mind, let's go over these four questions and cards that I pulled.
And the way that I did this again is that I asked four questions just like I would in a personal one-on-one reading, but I asked it with the intention and energy for the collective of all of you as the listeners to this podcast. So let's walk through what came through. So the first question I asked was, what are we seeing?
What is already clear to us? What do we need to know for this month ahead? And the first card that I pulled for that is Singing Stones. And the quick wording on that is...
And the first card that I pulled is Singing Stones with the subtitle being transmit your vibration and use your voice. So of course, that is all that we just talked about with Eclipse Energy, right? And it's actually, I feel like one of my primary messages that I share with the world is that we need to use our voices more. We need to understand the vibration of who we are. So I'll actually read you the pair.
So I will actually read you the paragraph from Rebecca Campbell's book that goes along with these cards. The singing stone card invites you to share your voice now, to find ways to express your soul and creativity with those around you. Your voice holds a unique sound current, and when you share it in your own way, the world is forever changed. So don't try to sound like anyone else.
That would be a great waste. Find your own unique song and share that with the world around you. How are you being called to share your voice and express your unique song right now? How are you being called to express yourself with the world and those around you? So the sole inquiry for this card is how are you being called to share your voice or transmit your vibration in a bigger way? So that is what we are seeing for March.
Beautiful, right? Now the second question that I asked was what are we not seeing about March? What are we missing? What is the universe trying to show us that we haven't fully grasped yet? And the card that I pulled for that, which is so fascinating, is the Sanctuary, with the message on that card being Harmony and Balance, Joy, and contentment. So I thought that was so interesting to pull this card. think again, especially because the world is in such a chaotic moment right now. The news is so overwhelming. Everything just feels like big heavy energy, right? And this is saying that what we are not seeing about March is that there's a sanctuary here, that there is joy, that there is contentment, that there is a way to find harmony and balance.
So my favorite paragraph in her book of this is, the sanctuary is a blessed card to receive as it indicates a period of deep joy, ease, and inner peace, which does feel like the opposite of what we're seeing in the news, right? This is a message for us that we are not seeing it we should. The kind where you wake up in the morning with a soft, wide open heart where you're free from worrying or being driven by fear, a time of softness and a harvest of gratitude and contentment, of basking in the sun and embracing the wonder of your life. Enjoy this window of warm, gentle peace. Do what you can to slow down, savor the gentle pace, and drink it all in. So the sole inquiry for this card is how can you welcome more joy and peace into your life? Isn't that beautiful? I love that we pulled that further what we're not seeing because it's a reminder we can welcome more joy and peace into our life even when what we're seeing around us is chaos. So I love that. Okay, the third question I asked was, what's getting in our way this month? Like what's blocking us and what's fully like keeping us from stepping into this expansion that the eclipse is really creating this energy portal for us to embrace. And the card I pulled here was wisdom keeper. And the message on that card is a new perspective and studying and learning. So that's what's getting in our way is maybe that there is a more for us to dive into. So the wisdom keeper card holds ancient knowledge and stories. Many of us have been severed from our ancestral wisdom teachings. But what if it's possible to reconnect with this with
But what if it's possible to reconnect with this wisdom through stories that hold the memories? This card invites us to reconnect with some form of study and learning. It may be in the traditional sense or could be something more mystical and direct. So the sole inquiry for this card being what are you fascinated by or in awe of and how are you being called to be a student of life? And so what I really feel with getting this card for what's getting in the way is that there is a new perspective for us that really lives within us. And that when we ask that question of how are we being called to be a student of life,
We know that there's an area that we would like to expand our knowledge. And we also know that our inner wisdom has a lot to share with us. And so creating these practices and opportunities for us to learn what we're in awe of and we want to learn more, and also to hear from the ancient knowledge that lives within us.
So I love that. And finally, for the energy of March, is what is the next step and breakthrough on the other side? What happens when we release what's in the way and what becomes possible? You guys, I'm not kidding. This is the card I pulled. Maybe I need to do this on YouTube so that you can see for real.
The card is the stone of destiny. With the messages on this card being that this is our life path, our ambition, our passion, and our yes. That's the card we got for what is the next step in Breakthrough on the other side. The stone of destiny. It's just the coolest. I love pulling cards so much. Okay, I'm gonna read you the paragraph for the Stone of Destiny.
The Stone of Destiny card is one of fate, life path, and purpose. It beckons you forth to trust your passions and to trust that your purpose is great. It encourages you to think big, to say yes to your ambition, and the call from within. If you're questioning whether to answer an inner call, this card is urging you forth. Do not waver.
Follow it with vigor now. It is destined. And so the activation on this card is I say yes to my life path and step into my destiny now.
How beautiful is that? And it really feels like the same message that the Eclipse is telling us, like now is the time. So there you have it. That is the frequency of March. It is the Eclipse energy and oracle guidance and all of it pointing to the same truth. That this is a big moment and it is your moment to release what's holding you back and to step into the expansion that's waiting for you.
