Graceful Strength... Sanctuary Sunday


Graceful strength are two of my favorite words to put together. If you have been to any of my in-person experiences or attended an online zoom session where I led a meditation, you’ve heard me use these words. They want to come through me every time. What does it mean to truly embody this quality? Life is a journey filled with transitions and challenges, and to navigate them with compassion, ease, resilience, and grace requires a deep inner strength that comes from within.

It is about acknowledging that change is inevitable and choosing to flow with it rather than resisting it. This inner strength allows us to adapt, grow, and evolve, even in the face of adversity. It is not a forced power, but rather a gentle yet unyielding presence that guides us through the uncertainties and complexities of life.

Intentional living plays a pivotal role in nurturing this quality. Daily supportive practices such as meditation and breathwork serve as anchors, grounding us in the present moment and connecting us to our inner wisdom. By cultivating this journey within, we develop the capacity to access our graceful strength as our mode of operation for our daily life. And that’s when life gets really good.
