“He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the universe.” - Marcus Aurelis
When most people hear the word harmony, they think of music and the combination of notes or instruments, playing together to create a more beautiful output.
Another definition of harmony is of finding that internal calm and tranquility.
I invite you this week to consider that both of these perspectives are impactful parts of how you can cultivate a life of harmony for yourself.
We have this multifaceted existence of body, mind, and soul that makes up the oneness of us, and yet they are three separate parts of us to nourish and balance. When we are out of alignment in one area, we feel it everywhere else within us. It’s just the law of averages.
It is a choice to both see and create harmony in our lives. It’s finding alignment, asking ourselves what’s missing, and integrating the actions to make those things that are needed actually happen.
Your ability to tap into your calm in the chaos will be so much easier when you are coming from a place of harmony. In a life filled with chaos and discord, choosing harmony is the courageous choice. It is the heart-centered choice. It is the light-filled choice.
This week, invite in the intention of cultivating harmony. Ask yourself, how can I live and show up from a more heart-centered place of harmony this week? For my body, my mind, and my soul? How can I cultivate more harmony in my relationships? In the community and world around me?
I am intentional in how I compose my life, and I choose to cultivate a beautiful harmony in my body, mind, and soul.
If you ever desire extra support in creating more harmony in your life, this is the foundation and purpose of my work. Email me to explore options!
