The Power of Sound.. Sanctuary Sunday


Sound is such a bigger part of our lives than we give it credit for.


Nature has its own symphony at all times: the ocean waves, the leaves blowing in the wind, the birds singing. Just a quick stroll can rejuvenate our soul if we let it.


Music is a universal language, used to stir our emotions and heal our wounds, lift us up, and create celebration. Music can transport us to another time and place, as it is a soundtrack of our memories. Just a few notes can change our mood.


Sound can also be a powerful tool for mindfulness and meditation. The calming tones of singing bowls and chimes, and even the simple act of focused breathing, can help you find inner peace and clarity.


I am blown away by the incredible experience that a sound bath creates. It literally soothes your soul.
