Transformation - from my Sanctuary Sunday email


Happy Easter to all of you who celebrate! And sending so much hopeful energy to each of you as you embrace the renewal and blossoming of spring in your daily life. It’s the season of transformation.


While transformation sometimes can feel like it has to be some massive shift (and the message of Easter being one of the ultimate transformation!), that isn’t the only way it can be interpreted and implemented.


Transformation is actually incredibly powerful when it comes from our daily little shifts. Those little shifts add up to a big difference over time.


I started meditation to just feel better. To calm my mind and to release stress. But the biggest gift is that it turned into SO much more.


Meditation and the supporting practices that I use literally changed who I am on the inside. It reset my nervous system which has led to countless levels of transformations in my life, including: better sleep, improved energy, drastically enhanced resilience, a greater ability to trust myself (which has also led to writing a book!), and a deeper level of happiness and fulfillment in my life, just to name a few.


Little daily habits that led me to a big transformation. Little daily habits that allowed me to reconnect with my inner bliss.


I would love to teach you some of my favorite tools that can help you create those little shifts that you absolutely can find the time to do in your busy life, and allow in that transformation, experiencing renewal, personal power, and bliss that comes from implementing these practices!


I also just want you to invite you to nourish yourself by receiving and experiencing these practices! Think of it as self-care for your soul!




Reflect on intentions for how you want to be living your life, and look at where you want to invite in a transformation and elevate your daily practices. Ask yourself:

  • What creative solution would help me implement these actions with ease?

  • Am I leveraging my strengths to support myself in these areas?

  • If I were going to transform that area of my life to play at the highest level, what small things would I be doing that would really add up?




I chose to transform my life with ease and commit to nourishing myself through small shifts that make a big difference.
